New Case Enquiry Form for defamation and other media-related cases

If allegations have been made about you in:

a newspaper, magazine or book
a television or radio broadcast

we will consider the matter with a view to determining whether the case is suitable for our Conditional Fee Agreement scheme.

In all other cases we may charge to consider the merits of the case.
