Carter-Ruck instructed on BBC Panorama dispute following covert North Korea visit.







Following a two-week High Court trial, Sarah Hermitage has successfully defended a defamation claim brought by the Tanzanian businessman Reginald Mengi.

Saudi businessman and philanthropist Sheikh Yassin Abdullah Kadi has been delisted by the UN's Al Qaeda Sanctions Committee after an eleven year battle which started with the imposition of sanctions in October 2001.


Carter-Ruck's International Law team has been retained by a Syrian businessman, to challenge financial and travel sanctions imposed by the EU. Proceedings have been issued in the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg.
