Luke Staiano

Luke obtained a First Class degree in History from University College London before studying law at BPP Law School in London.  He trained at international law firm, Clifford Chance, working in its London and Milan offices.

Luke qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and practised in Clifford Chance’s commercial litigation department. At Clifford Chance he acted for large multinational corporates, governments, charities and individuals in a broad range of domestic and international litigation and disputes. Luke also advised both claimants and defendants on libel and privacy related matters and provided pre-publication advice to an international news agency.

Luke joined Carter-Ruck in 2008 in order to further his interest in media litigation, reputation management and related commercial litigation.
