New Case Enquiry Form for defamation and other media-related cases

If you have a potential case you may complete the New Client Enquiry Form, which we will consider for no charge.

 If allegations have been made about you in:

  • a newspaper, magazine or book
  • a television or radio broadcast

we will consider the merits of the case for no charge with a view to determining whether the case is suitable for our Conditional Fee Agreement scheme.

In all other cases we may charge to consider the merits of the case.
