The Daily Telegraph has published an apology to Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Misnad, wife of the Emir of Qatar, following its publication of untrue allegations concerning a New York shopping trip wrongly said to have been undertaken by Her Highness in the company of US First Lady Michelle Obama.
