Al Jazeera’s claim against Egypt under the 1999 Qatar-Egypt Bilateral Investment Treaty has been formally registered by the Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, DC as ICSID Case No ARB/16/1.
