Carter-Ruck Associate Isabella Theocharous has spoken to ITV News following the conclusion of the 11-week trial in the High Court in The Duke of Sussex & Ors v Associated Newspapers Ltd (“ANL“).

The Duke of Sussex is one of seven claimants – including Sir Elton John, Elizabeth Hurley and Sadie Frost – alleging that ANL committed breaches of privacy including via a series of unlawful information gathering techniques (such as bugging and phone tapping) between 1993 and 2011.
