New Australia Sanctions Law Guide

The International Sanctions Law Guide has been updated to include an Australia Sanctions chapter, contributed by partner Matthew Kennett and Associate Sam Hagan of Cornwalls Law Firm, Australia. The Australia chapter joins the existing EU, UK and UN Sanctions chapters written by Carter-Ruck partners Guy Martin and Charles Enderby Smith.

The International Sanctions Law Guide provides a reference tool to identify and aid in the understanding of the sanctions frameworks of some of the most prominent and relevant sanctions regimes globally, as well as the legal rights of persons designated under those regimes.

New Cameroon, Ghana and Nigeria Defamation, Privacy & Data Protection Law Guides

The International Media Law Guide series now includes new chapters for Cameroon, Ghana and Nigeria. The new chapters have been contributed by Centurion Law Group attorneys Achare Takor, Tamaraemi Jombai and Yorm Abledu.
