Katherine is a solicitor in the International and the Media litigation groups and has experience representing both claimants and defendants.
Katherine’s media law practice includes working on reputation management and privacy matters including both pre- and post-publication cases for private individuals and high-profile clients. Her cases have covered a wide range of subject matters and involve a variety of issues, such as anonymised proceedings in a successful privacy claim that was brought against multiple defendants and involved numerous causes of action, including defamation, misuse of private information and breach of copyright. Katherine also has experience in data protection law and has successfully secured the de-listing and removal of content published online.
Katherine’s international law practice focuses on international arbitration where she has assisted on a high-profile and complex international arbitration claim under the ICSID rules. Her practice area also extends to experience in international sanctions cases.
Katherine also works on claims involving human rights issues, as well as in non-contentious intellectual property matters involving trade mark and copyright issues.
