Harlequin Property, a leading property investor specialising in luxury 5-star resorts, has won its libel claim against Singing Pig, an online discussion forum aimed at the property investment community, over false allegations relating to its business practices. The Court ordered the company and its owner, Philip Martin, to pay £70,000 in damages together with Harlequin’s legal costs.
