Isabella also has considerable experience in commercial litigation, having dealt with claims involving passing off, professional negligence and financial mis-selling.

Recent successes include representing former hospital Chief Executive Margaret Edwards in her successful libel complaint against the Mail on Sunday. She is also acting for Tim Yeo MP in his ongoing libel claim against the Sunday Times.

Isabella speaks fluent Polish, as well as Spanish and French. She regularly writes articles on topical legal issues, both for the firm and more widely.
