Magali primarily works in the International Law department and has experience working on commercial disputes and on libel and privacy disputes with the Media team.
She has worked on a variety of public international law, European law and human rights cases. She has specific experience challenging restrictive measures imposed by the Council of the European Union, and she has represented clients who have successfully challenged such measures before the ECJ in Luxembourg.
Magali is a native French speaker and has an understanding of Spanish.

- Global Investigation Review’s Guide to Sanctions (First Edition, August 2020) which clearly dissects UN Sanctions in a practical and concise manner.
- Contributed to UK implements first autonomous sanctions for human rights abuses.
Magali has substantial experience in international and commercial dispute resolution. Prior to joining Carter-Ruck, she worked as a paralegal for a leading international law firm on commercial disputes and on antitrust investigations. In particular, she assisted a major financial institution in relation to the multi-jurisdictional LIBOR investigations.
